His role spans reviewing technical drawings, selecting appropriate systems, developing detailed cost plans, and defining methodologies with a focus on accuracy, practicality, and long-term performance.

Before co-founding H3 Construct, Jon held key roles with leading manufacturers and contractors including Stirling Lloyd, USL, and BASF. This background has shaped his approach: understand the systems in depth, be clear and honest about what will deliver and always prioritise quality.

Chris is a Director at H3 Construct with over 15 years of experience in the construction industry. He has delivered a wide range of projects, with a particular focus on high-quality concrete repairs, protective coatings, and waterproofing systems—especially in complex, live environments such as multi-storey car parks and commercial properties.

Chris recently completed his NVQ Level 7 in Construction Senior Management, further strengthening his approach to leading teams, managing programmes, and delivering technically demanding works with efficiency and control.

At H3 Construct, Chris is involved in every stage of a project—from initial survey and pricing through to site coordination, delivery, and client handover. He takes a hands-on role and is known for being responsive, practical, and solution-focused.

He is driven by doing things properly—with a clear emphasis on quality, reliability, and delivering a finish that stands up to scrutiny.

Phil is a Site Manager at H3 Construct with over 15 years of practical experience in construction, groundworks, and structural waterproofing across the UK and Europe. He specialises in managing live site environments, with a focus on coordinating materials, labour, and logistics to keep projects running safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

Since joining H3 Construct in 2021, Phil has successfully delivered complex concrete repair and coating works for clients including Q-Park and NCP. He is experienced in working within operational car parks and other sensitive environments where timing and minimal disruption are critical. His attention to detail ensures that every site is well-organised, clean, and compliant, with a consistent focus on quality and client satisfaction.

Phil is SMSTS-trained and CSCS-qualified, and brings a practical, no-nonsense approach to every project. From initial setup through to handover, he maintains a strong site presence, driving performance while keeping health and safety at the forefront of delivery.
