H3 Construct provides specialist consultancy across concrete repair, waterproofing, protective coatings and flooring systems, including resin, vinyl, carpet and associated finishes. The objective is not to push products or generic specifications. It is to understand how an asset is performing, identify the cause of defects or deterioration and provide solutions that are technically appropriate and practical to deliver.
Some projects begin at planning or feasibility stage. Others start after problems have already developed, including water ingress, coating failure, structural deterioration or flooring breakdown within operational environments. In each case, the approach is the same: assess the condition of the asset properly, identify the underlying cause and develop a realistic strategy for repair, refurbishment or protection.
Flooring systems are often treated as secondary finishes, but performance depends heavily on selecting systems suited to the environment they will operate within. Resin flooring, safety vinyl, carpet and luxury vinyl tile systems all need to withstand the conditions they will actually experience in service, including traffic levels, moisture exposure, cleaning regimes and movement within the substrate. Our role is to align specification with real-world performance requirements.
