Support can begin at an early planning stage, when a client is considering refurbishment options, or after defects such as concrete deterioration, water ingress, coating failure, joint failure or flooring breakdown have been identified.

Where further investigation is required, H³ Construct can undertake or coordinate specialist surveys and testing to provide additional information about the existing condition. Where structural engineering, design or other specialist professional input is required, we work alongside the client’s appointed consultants or suitably qualified specialists.
