  • Assessment & Planning

    We assess each site to determine traffic flow, surface condition, and visibility requirements. We then prepare a layout plan for EV bays, including accessibility, branding, and directional elements if required.

  • Surface Preparation

    Proper preparation is key. We mechanically prepare the surface via diamond grinding or captive shot blasting (depending on coating type) to ensure strong adhesion and a clean finish.

  • Markings are applied using either:
  • MMA (Methyl Methacrylate) coatings

    – for ultra-durable, chemical-resistant, fast-curing performance.

  • Thermoplastic or resin-based paint systems

    – for cost-effective, high-visibility results on suitable substrates.

  • We offer bay outlines, icons, text, and branded colour blocks in line with your specification or regulatory guidance.

Compliance & Durability

All markings are applied in line with BS EN 1436 and DfT guidance. Slip resistance can be tailored to site conditions, with options for anti-skid finishes and high UV stability.
