Effective waterproofing starts with understanding how a structure moves, how it is used and where water pressure is coming from. No two assets behave the same. A top-deck car park exposed to weather behaves very differently to a basement slab subject to hydrostatic pressure.

We install liquid-applied waterproofing membranes, crack-bridging systems and damp-proof barriers that form continuous, seamless protection. These systems are flexible enough to accommodate movement while remaining fully watertight. Detailing around joints, penetrations, upstands and interfaces is treated as critical, not secondary. This is where most failures occur, and where careful workmanship matters most.

All systems are selected to suit the exposure conditions, expected movement and required service life of the structure. Where required, waterproofing is integrated with repair works so that defects are addressed before protection is applied.

Where access or downtime is limited, fast-curing systems are used to allow areas to be returned to service quickly.
