H³ Construct has successfully completed its latest accreditation process, achieving CHAS Elite, CHAS Standard / SSIP and Constructionline Gold.

While the certificates themselves are important, for us the real value is in the work that sits behind them.

As H³ has grown, so have the systems and processes needed to support the business. Maintaining these accreditations involves detailed assessment of how we manage health and safety, quality, environmental responsibilities, our supply chain, training, compliance and the delivery of our work on live projects.

Our CHAS Elite accreditation includes assessment against the Common Assessment Standard, providing clients and supply-chain partners with independent verification of H³ across a broad range of business and compliance requirements. Our CHAS Standard certification provides SSIP approval, while Constructionline Gold provides further independent pre-qualification for procurement and supply-chain opportunities.

For H³, this isn’t about collecting accreditation badges. It’s about making sure the systems behind the company continue to develop at the same pace as the projects we undertake.

We work across the UK delivering specialist concrete repair, structural waterproofing, resin flooring and coatings, car park refurbishment and associated specialist construction works, often within complex live environments. Having robust systems behind that delivery is increasingly important as the scale and complexity of our projects continues to grow.

The latest accreditations also make it easier for main contractors, managing agents, consultants, property owners and public-sector organisations to independently verify H³ during procurement and supply-chain onboarding.

There is always more to improve, but completing this latest round of accreditation is another important step in developing the business and the standards behind it.
